Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. You will become the resident trauma expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals to tailor solutions and deliver life-saving products that meet customer needs.

The role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits, requiring an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will thrive in high-energy, high-demand settings, managing inventory and providing training to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products or services and marketing tactics.
• Ability to operate in emergency/OR environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Coordinate with customers to meet needs and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain inventory and support during operating room/ER consultations.
