Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals would be beneficial
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker trauma products to meet customer needs and become the resident trauma expert
• Engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals to secure buy-in and loyalty
• Manage inventory and materials to support rapid solutions during operating/ER consultations
• Provide product training and advice on tools and competing offerings to build credibility
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association events as required
