Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Trauma Sales Representative in California to drive revenue for Stryker Trauma products by developing a territory plan, supporting procedures, and engaging key decision-makers. You will build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and OR staff, manage competing priorities, and lead product evaluations and educational programs.

This role emphasizes on-call availability, travel within the territory, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales, clinical healthcare, or a mix.
On-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives.
Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma procedures, including urgent cases.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers.
Manage multiple priorities across cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests.
Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs.
Maintain inventory and consignment assets to ensure product availability.
Analyze account activity and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
Document sales activities and compliance in accordance with policies.
