Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to cover the territory in the United States, including West Virginia, with a focus on trauma product sales and case support.

You will build relationships with surgeons and OR teams, execute territory plans, and provide intraoperative clinical support during procedures, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to support trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases at nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple priorities across scheduled cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure availability for case support.
• Analyze account activity and territory data to identify growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities and regulatory compliance in line with company policies.
