Job summary

Stryker in Huntington, WV is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to develop and execute a territory sales plan, support trauma and orthopedic procedures, and build relationships with surgeons and operating room staff.

This commission-based role offers bonuses and benefits. On-call nights, weekends, and holidays are required. A Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in sales or clinical healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
