Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate to join the team in Michigan. You will support sales of Trauma products under supervision, with rigorous training in our portfolio and sales approach, including on-the-job OR training.

You will observe well over 300 procedures in your first year, gaining expertise in orthopedic surgical needs and becoming a trusted partner to clients through proactive account management and exceptional service. On-call duties include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Support trauma product sales under Trauma Sales Representative supervision.
• Gain exposure to the trauma team culture and receive formal training on our portfolio and sales methodology.
• Observe surgical procedures to become an expert in orthopedic needs and contribute to patient outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional account management and service.
• Be on-call most nights and weekends to support trauma cases as they arise.
