Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Able to participate in sales meetings outside regular hours and adhere to compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated audience
• Manage inventory and respond to customer needs during operating/ER moments
• Provide advice and training on products and tools to save lives
