Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive sales of trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in a field-based role. You will become the resident trauma expert, organizing materials, managing inventory, and delivering product knowledge to customers in operating rooms and emergency settings.

The role emphasizes high energy, relationship-building with hospitals, and meeting strict compliance standards while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of show/promote/sell products, including strategy, demos and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the area.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to meet customer needs.
• Become the resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Manage inventory and be prepared to assist customers as needed.
• Provide product knowledge and training on tools used to save lives.
• Live the mission to change lives by selling Stryker products.
