Job summary

Stryker in Scranton is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative who thrives under high-pressure conditions and is dedicated to helping surgeons and healthcare professionals improve patient outcomes. You will become the resident trauma expert, demonstrate products, and build strong relationships with hospitals and teams while managing inventories and responding quickly in operating rooms and emergencies.

This role is 100% commission and eligible for bonuses plus benefits, with on-call requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in showing, promoting, and selling products or services; strong marketing and product demo skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide training on products and tools.
• Organize inventory and respond to customer needs in operating/ER environments.
