Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in clinical healthcare or sales role.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office tech.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as trauma product expert to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Sell Stryker trauma products to meet customer needs.
• Manage inventory and provide on-demand support.
• Provide product training and advice on tools used to save lives.
• Travel to hospitals and clinics within territory as required.
