Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative for Southeast MO (Cape Girardeau, MO). The role is field-based with a strong on-call component, requiring availability nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases.

You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals to demonstrate products, train staff, and uphold compliance and ethics. The position emphasizes building relationships, maintaining inventory, and delivering solutions in emergent operating room

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• B2B sales experience or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products or services and marketing tactics beneficial.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Act as the resident trauma expert in a high-intensity environment.
• Manage inventory and respond to customer needs during operating room consultations.
• Represent the company ethically, maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
• Attend sales and professional meetings outside regular hours as required.
