Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in California to sell Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will become the resident trauma expert, organizing materials and providing guidance in operating rooms and emergencies.

This role emphasizes relationship building, competitive product knowledge, and meticulous inventory management while offering a 100% commission structure with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in MS Office/databases.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to participate in and attend meetings outside regular hours.
• Must adhere to AdvaMed compliance and related laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become resident trauma expert and provide training on products and tools.
• Meticulously manage and maintain inventory.
• Support customers during operating room consultations.
• Stay informed about competitors’ offerings to build credibility.
