Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator at Good Samaritan Hospital in Utah to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care processes from diagnosis through follow-up, guiding patients through the care team and providing education.

This full-time role requires an RN license, a BSN, BLS certification, and at least three years of RN experience; trauma-related performance improvement experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS-HCP certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide patients through the treatment process and provide education.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Review care for evidence-based guidelines and analyze data for improvement.
• Develop and implement program policies and standards.
• Maintain data and serve as subject matter expert.
• Support mission, values, and service standards; perform other duties as assigned.
