Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, and coordinate treatment from diagnosis through follow-up within the Trauma department at Good Samaritan Hospital. You will guide patients through the care team and provide education during stay.

The role requires an RN license with three years of RN experience and prefers a Nursing Master’s degree or relevant certification for unit service. On-site, 40-hour week, with potential on-call duties and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS-HCP certification either on hire or within 60 days
• Three years of RN experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and ensure care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and families during hospital stay.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate to develop and implement policies for program quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data collection, chart reviews, and perform performance improvement analysis.
• Promote program mission and values and act as subject matter expert.
