Ideal candidates have RN licensure, BLS-HCP, and several years of RN experience, with a preference for trauma-related performance improvement experience. The position is full-time with 40 hours weekly and on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required or equivalent.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification required on hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of relevant RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and discuss the program with physicians and nurses, ensuring care aligns with evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds and data collection for performance improvement.
• Collaborate to develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain and analyze data collected on the program and serve as the subject matter expert.
• Promote mission and values of the health system and maintain service behavior standards.
