Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator at Good Samaritan Hospital to assess, plan, implement and coordinate treatment through diagnosis to follow‑up. You will guide patients with the care team and provide education during the hospital stay and after discharge.

Responsibilities include rounds participation, policy development, data collection/analysis for performance improvement, and maintaining QA processes in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days, ACLS/NRP/PALS as needed.
• Three years of relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program and ensure care meets evidence‑based guidelines.
• Educate patients and families during the hospital stay and after discharge.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain program data, serve as subject matter expert, and support QA.
• Promote the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.
• May float to other departments as needed and may be on‑call.
