Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator RN for the Trauma department at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO.

The role coordinates treatment processes from diagnosis through follow-up, guides care teams, and educates patients and families during the hospital stay. This full-time, on-site position requires a BSN, active RN license, BLS-HCP, and at least three years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in practice state.
• BLS-HCP certification required or obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program, review care for evidence-based guidelines, and educate patients and families during hospital stay.
• Actively participates in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate to ensure regulatory compliance; perform chart reviews and analyze data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards; promote professional development and continuing competence.
• Maintain program data; serve as subject matter expert and manage Quality Assurance.
• Promote mission, values and service behavior standards; may float to other departments as needed.
• May be on-call during scheduled shifts.
