• Review charts and collect data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain and analyze data; serve as subject matter expert for the program.
• Promote mission, vision, and values; perform other duties as assigned.
• May float to other departments as needed; may be on-call.
