Responsibilities

• Coordinate the clinical program and discuss care with physicians and nurses.
• Review that care meets evidence‑based guidelines and educate patients and families.
• Participate in patient care rounds and support professional development.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies; oversee data and QA activities.
• Maintain program data and act as subject matter expert for the program.
• Support the hospital mission and possible on‑call duties as needed.
