• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with the director to ensure program meets regulatory requirements and perform chart reviews for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program and promote professional development of care-site providers and students.
• Maintain data for the program and serve as the subject matter expert; support a Quality Assurance program.
