Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Three years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program and ensure care meets guidelines.
• Discuss program with physicians and nurses and educate patients and families.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain program data and serve as subject matter expert.
