Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS-Healthcare Providers certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program and ensure care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with director to implement policies and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Review charts and data; perform analysis for performance improvement.
• Educate patients and families during hospitalization and post-discharge.
• Promote professional development and continuing competence of care site providers.
• Maintain data for the program and act as subject matter expert.
• Support the organization’s mission and values; on-call or float may be required.
