Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and educate patients and families during hospital stay.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Review charts and collect data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain the program's quality assurance and data analyses.
• Promote mission and values of Intermountain Health, adhere to service standards.
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency.
• May be on-call during scheduled shifts.
