Responsibilities

• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Review data, perform chart reviews, and support performance improvement activities.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program; promote professional development of care-site providers.
• Maintain data and serve as subject matter expert; create and maintain a QA program.
• Promote mission, values, and standards; perform other duties as assigned.
• May float to other departments as needed within competency; may be on-call during scheduled shifts.
