Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program and ensure care aligns with evidence-based guidelines.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Oversee chart reviews and data collection for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program and act as subject matter expert.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• May float to other departments as needed and be on-call during scheduled shifts.
