Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS-HCP certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and ensure care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Educate patients and family members during the hospital stay.
• Active participation in patient care rounds.
• Review charts and analyze data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program and regulatory compliance.
• May float to other departments as needed; may be on-call.
