Johnson & Johnson in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to support the DePuy Synthes orthopaedics portfolio in the Dayton territory. This 100% commission role offers a bi-weekly draw and requires outstanding account management and field sales skills.

You will guide surgeons in operating rooms, build relationships with hospitals, and use deep product knowledge to demonstrate solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of DePuy Synthes products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant healthcare exposure.
• Strong sales, account management and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding current customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and POs.
• Share insights with teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials; ensure high quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS value.
