Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics division is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Jersey City/Livingston, NJ territory. You will work with surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and product knowledge, and help manage accounts and cases to expand the territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in clinical sales or related settings, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• 2+ years in clinical sales or OR environment preferred.
• Ability to travel with valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment and optimize trays.
• Support hospital and physician customers; manage sales processes and case coverage.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain surgeon/account relationships within the territory.
• Ensure product availability and maintain promotional materials to high standards.
