Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or
• Associate degree or medical certification plus 2+ years experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional/related experience or

Mansioni

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting penetration with existing customers and achieve market share objectives.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve service.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets, ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiating DPS products with value propositions.
