Job summary

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Trauma Neuro ICU RN to join the team for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). The unit offers advanced neuro-trauma care with opportunities to learn procedures such as RotoProne therapy and renal replacement therapies.

Enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a $3/hour weekend differential when applicable, with sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 based on ICU experience and commitment requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• ICU RN experience is required for TNICU roles.
• Night shift sign-on bonuses depend on ICU experience: 10,000 or 15,000.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning.
• Formulate and adjust plans of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Implement care plans, supervise nursing activities, and communicate status to caregivers.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust teaching and care accordingly.
• Document care and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Contribute to unit leadership and ongoing quality improvement.
