Banner Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Neuro-Trauma Progressive Care unit in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports a 48-bed unit with 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts, rotating weekends/holidays, and includes on-call duties. A $15K sign-on bonus is available and various shift differentials apply.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and documenting care in the patient record. Relocation may be available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty is desired.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Plan and implement a comprehensive nursing plan of care.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document care accurately in patient records within policy.
