Job summary

Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ invites experienced RNs to join the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). This full-time role includes an $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to float to Banner Baywood Medical Center as needed.

You will provide critical care to cardiac and vascular patients, collaborate with a large team, and benefit from an 18% night differential and weekend differential of $3/hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in a cardiovascular ICU is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for CVICU patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Document patient data and nursing interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning as appropriate.
