Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 12 months ICU RN experience preferred.
• New Graduate RN with less than 12 months experience may need separate postings.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient needs and provide or direct nursing care in accordance with policy.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the team.
• Document care plans and patient responses to treatment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for safe patient care.
• Ensure discharge planning and patient/family education as appropriate.
• Mentor and support less experienced staff and participate in leadership activities.
