Job summary

Banner Health’s PCU-Neuro-Trauma in Phoenix is seeking aRegistered Nurse for day shift coverage. The 48-bed Neuro unit includes EMU beds and collaborates across the Neurosciences service line to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and coordination with the care team, with opportunities for advanced education and professional development. Eligible for a $10K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy and professional standards.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervision of nursing staff as needed.
• Promote quality outcomes and participate in clinical ladder or professional development.
• Document care accurately and timely in patient records.
