Banner Health Corporate in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for the PCU-Neuro-Trauma-Hosp unit. You will provide expert nursing care, participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, and support stroke and trauma patients on a 7:00pm-7:30am schedule with rotating weekends/holidays.

Eligible candidates have an RN license, BLS, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree; experience in acute care is valued. Sign-on bonus of $15K is available for qualifying hires; relocation may also apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and plan care.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care per policy and physician orders.
• Document care and communicate with the care team and patient/family.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
