Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a bachelor’s or associate degree or medical certification, plus multiple years in the field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel to assigned territory and work in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer penetration.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability and proper tray optimization.
• Troubleshoot requests and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons and accounts and prepare sales reports.
