Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Trauma Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area to drive revenue, case coverage, and market share for Trauma products. You will provide clinical and technical support during trauma procedures, including after-hours, and build strong relationships with surgeons and OR teams.

Responsibilities include executing territory plans, conducting demonstrations, managing inventory and compliance, and analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales/clinical healthcare.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in medical device or operating room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
