Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategy, and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work in operating room environments and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide training on products.
• Maintain inventory and prepare materials for customer consultations.
• Attend sales meetings and contribute to territory planning.
