Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales/healthcare.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience in B2B sales or clinical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases at night/weekends/holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and decision-makers.
• Manage competing priorities across cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to drive adoption.
