Job summary

You will manage product inventory, stay informed on competitors, and provide product training and guidance. This role is 100% commission with bonuses and health benefits, requiring on‑call nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstrations, and sales tactics.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide training on products and tools.
• Maintain inventory and support customers during operating room and emergency scenarios.
