Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain certifications and training for service delivery.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles, social work concepts, rehabilitation, recovery support, and wellness strategies.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with youth, families, schools, and treatment teams.
• Ability to evaluate situations and implement interventions within scope of practice.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health coaching, rehabilitative services, wellness education, and case management to youth and families in school, home, clinic, and community settings.
• Assist youth in maintaining success within school, home, and community environments.
• Deliver skills training on behavioral regulation, communication, safety, daily living, and coping strategies.
• Provide outreach and recovery support services to youth and families.
• Coordinate care with internal teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
