Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to support youth ages 3–18 and their families in foster care, adoption, or guardianship. You will help develop social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills in home, school, and community settings.

Maintain a small caseload, collaborating with caregivers and partners to coordinate services and promote positive outcomes. Competitive pay and benefits are available in a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
