Job summary

Marimn Health is seeking a Boys and Girls Club Behavioral Support Professional to assist youth with behavioral or emotional challenges across school, clinic, and community settings. The role emphasizes trauma-informed approaches and collaboration with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure holistic, family-centered support.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or Behavioral Sciences, willingness to pass a background check, and experience with trauma-exposed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Behavioral Sciences required.
• Course work in psychology, social work, special education, counseling, psychosocial rehab preferred.
• Experience with trauma-exposed youth required; ability to work with students, caregivers and partners.
• Background check must be cleared; CBRS/PSR or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth with behavioral or emotional challenges in school, clinic and community settings.
• Work with schools and Boys & Girls Club to coordinate care across locations.
• Provide evidence-based brief interventions to improve wellness and development.
• Promote prosocial behaviors through group and one-on-one activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health staff and community partners to support youth needs.
