Job summary

Voices of Hope Lexington Inc is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, develop, and deliver training for staff, volunteers, and community partners. The role ensures accessible, trauma-informed, culturally competent content aligned with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with department heads, create learning plans, and support CEU processes, evaluations, and reporting while supporting an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, social work, psychology, human resources, or related field and/or minimum of two years of training to adults.
• Experience in recovery services, harm reduction, or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and update curriculum and training materials for in-person and virtual delivery.
• Develop learning objectives, outlines, participant guides, and evaluation tools.
• Facilitate trainings, coordinate logistics, and support CEU applications.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and assess impact.
• Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
