Job summary

Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is hiring a Professional Development and Training Coordinator to support workforce development across the RTC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human services, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or workforce development.
• Certified TCI trainer preferred or ability to become certified on hire.
• Experience in adult learning, coaching, and trauma-informed systems change.
• Excellent communication, organization, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive training program for RTC staff.
• Design onboarding and orientation for all newly hired RTC staff.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives to support trauma-informed, youth-centered care.
• Ensure training compliance with OCFS standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with agency leaders and subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Schedule, recertify, and track Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and coordinate external facilitators.
• Maintain a centralized training calendar and system for attendance, certification, and evaluations.
• Partner with HR and leadership to identify training needs and foster professional development.
