Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio Careers is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, conduct and evaluate trauma-informed employee training programs for staff across the organization. You will ensure compliance with Minimum Standards and contract requirements, track training completion and due dates, and supervise the Training Specialist.

The role requires organizing trainings, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with senior leadership to align curricula with program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: minimum of 5 years conducting training and 3 years curriculum/presentation creation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts trauma-informed employee training including new hire orientation and ongoing employee development using the curriculum provided.
• Manages and conducts other required training (including CPR/First Aid & SAMA).
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Coordinates and schedules trainings, orientations, and other events required by stakeholders and agency policies.
• Maintains a system for record keeping employee training, new hire orientation, etc.
• Oversees all elements of the training process, end to end.
• Works with Training Specialist to deliver trauma-informed training and support the department.
• Reviews and revises training program curriculum to improve and adapt to needs and contract requirements.
