Job summary

Olgcstx is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead trauma-informed employee training programs and ensure compliance with contract requirements. You will develop, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate training while tracking completion and due dates for all staff.

You will schedule trainings, maintain records, support the Training Specialist, and collaborate with leadership to align curricula with policy changes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, education or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting training.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating training curriculum/presentations.
• Bilingual preferred; reliable transportation; valid driver's license; trauma-informed certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, conducts and evaluates trauma-informed employee training programs.
• Maintains system for record keeping and tracking of training completion and due dates.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and contract requirements.
• Coordinates and schedules trainings, orientations and events.
• Provides documentation and certificates for trainings.
