Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in shelter operations or child/youth services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supervision of direct care staff and team leaders.
• Schedule staffing to meet licensing requirements and ensure client safety.
• Maintain documentation per licensing, funding source requirements, and agency policies.
• Provide reflective supervision and coaching on trauma-informed care practices.
• Ensure staff use trauma-informed interventions with youth and promote self-regulation.
• Coordinate hiring processes and ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Oversee staff training and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of home and campus.
