Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio Careers is seeking a Training Manager to lead strategy, development, and evaluation of employee training programs across the organization. You will supervise the training team, ensure regulatory compliance, and align initiatives with mission and goals.

The role focuses on trauma‑informed care and certification programs, working with HR and program leadership to deliver compliant, effective training and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and LMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as a minimum requirement.
• Experience designing and delivering training curricula and presentations.
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities; familiarity with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees training strategy, development, and evaluation across the organization.
• Supervises Training Coordinator and Training Specialist; provides coaching.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Develops trauma‑informed care certifications and practices across the agency.
• Tracks training records, certifications, and reporting; analyzes outcomes for improvement.
