KEYS Academy, supported by Health Connect America, seeks a licensed Special Education teacher to lead a structured, trauma-informed classroom for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs across Virginia. You will design individualized instruction aligned to each student’s IEP goals while integrating KEYS for a Big Life Curriculum and Social Thinking framework.

• Required Bachelor's degree and active Virginia teaching license in Special Education.
• Endorsements in ED or SPED K–12 or willingness to pursue within timeframe.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instruction aligned to SOLs and individual IEP goals.
• Differentiate instruction for varied needs and modalities.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and families; attend IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and reports.
• Provide data-driven feedback to students and families.
